First Student is hiring a Part-Time School Bus Driver in Woodburn, OR. You will start students’ day with morning pickups and transport them home in the afternoon, with possible field trips and events.

No prior experience is needed; comprehensive training is provided to help you become a safe, professional driver. This role offers a flexible part-time schedule and opportunities across locations in the U.S. and Canada.

Qualifications

• No experience is required for the role.
• DOT drug testing applies; safety-sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding and unloading at stops and assist with seatbelts.
• Maintain order on the bus to prevent distractions.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Report mechanical issues and keep the bus clean.
• Obey traffic laws and safety standards.
• Communicate with parents, staff, and dispatch about delays or behavior.
• Show leadership and customer service to students and families.
