First Student is hiring a Part Time School Bus Driver in Manchester, CT. You will start mornings with student pickup, transport students to and from school, and may cover field trips.

Training and guidance are provided to help you become a safe, professional bus driver. Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
• Part-time schedule—weekdays only; no nights, weekends, holidays, or summers.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding and unloading; assist with seatbelts and mobility aids.
• Maintain order on the bus to minimize distractions.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Report mechanical issues and keep the bus clean and sanitary.
• Communicate with parents, school staff, and dispatch about delays or behavior.
• Demonstrate leadership and customer service skills.
