First Student, Inc. is hiring Part Time School Bus Drivers in Lindbergh, MO. You will begin the day with morning pickups and return students home after school, with additional hours possible for field trips and events.

No prior experience is required; we provide expert training to help you become a safe, professional First Student driver. Enjoy a flexible schedule, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities to advance across 540 locations in the U.S. and Canada.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
• Part-time schedule with summers off and an interest in working with students.

Aufgaben

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding and unloading; assist students with seatbelts and mobility aids.
• Maintain order on the bus to prevent distractions.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of brakes, lights, tires, and emergencies.
• Report mechanical issues promptly and keep the bus clean and sanitary.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety standards.
• Communicate with parents, school staff, and dispatch about delays or behavior.
• Demonstrate leadership and customer service on a daily basis.
