NRT Bus, Inc. in Dracut, MA is hiring a part-time School Bus Driver to transport students to and from school and events. No CDL? We provide paid training and fully licensed CDL holders with P & S endorsements are encouraged to apply. Work features split AM/PM shifts, weekdays only, with weekly pay and guaranteed hours.

Drivers earn hourly pay with opportunities for extra hours on charters and activities, plus benefits such as dental, vision, 401(k), and more in a safety-focused community.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain – we train)
• Valid DOT medical card – or able to obtain one
• Safe driving record
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
• Drive assigned local routes
• Perform pre trip and post trip inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies
