First Student is hiring a Part Time School Bus Driver in Middletown, PA. You’ll begin with before-school pickup and end with an after-school drop-off, enjoying a split shift with free hours in between. No experience is required as training is provided.

The role offers a starting wage of $28.00/hr with a $1500 sign-on bonus for fully licensed drivers, plus medical, dental, and vision benefits and a 401k. CDL training is paid and a Child-Ride-Along program supports working parents.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Must be able to pass DOT drug testing.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Drive students to and from school according to schedule.
• Perform pre-/post-trip inspections and vehicle safety checks.
• Follow DOT regulations and First Student safety policies at all times.
