Job summary

First Student West Point is hiring a part-time School Bus Driver in West Point, MS. You will handle before-school pickup and afternoon drop-off on a split shift, with a guaranteed four hours per school day and no nights or weekends unless you want them.

No experience is required; we provide paid CDL training and a competitive benefits package. You’ll use industry-leading technology, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and assist students boarding and exiting to keep everyone safe.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
• Must pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) drug test and physical examination.

Responsibilities

• Split shift with early morning before-school pickup and after-school drop-off.
• Guaranteed four-hour daily shift; no nights or weekends unless desired.
• Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus to promote safety.
• Operate and follow routes using company technology to support daily schedules.
