First Student, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time School Bus Monitor/Aide in Raymore-Peculiar School District. You will assist the bus driver and help ensure a safe, caring ride for students before and after school.

No experience is required as we provide industry-leading safety and training programs; English proficiency is required. The role features a flexible split-shift schedule, competitive pay, and benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• No prior experience is required; we provide industry-leading safety and training programs.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with students, drivers, and parents.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help students safely board and exit the bus
• Assist children with special needs during transport
• Ensure students remain seated and follow bus safety rules
• Communicate with the driver to maintain a safe, calm ride and provide care and encouragement to students
