Amergis is seeking a School Aide in Alhambra, CA to assist students needing instructional and behavioral support under the supervision of the special education department and teachers. The role may include mobility and therapeutic care tasks as defined by healthcare professionals.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR if applicable, and health clearance. Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist students requiring instructional and/or behavioral support under supervision.
• Provide support for personal mobility and therapeutic care needs as directed by health professionals.
• Work under supervision of the special education department and supervising designee.
