Job summary

Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academy of Southern Hills in Lincoln offers an after-school program with flexible morning and afternoon shifts for school-age children. You will supervise, lead engaging activities, and maintain a safe, inviting environment before and after school.

We seek energetic, reliable, and team‑oriented individuals who can pass background checks and meet licensing standards. Training, growth opportunities, and supportive staff await in a nurturing setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to drive our vehicles and have a clean driving record.
• Experience working with school-age children.
• High school diploma or GED; early childhood coursework is a plus.
• Able to pass background checks and meet state licensing standards.
• Energetic, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.

Schedule:

• Morning Shift: 7:00a-11:00a
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00p-6:00p
• Non School Days (LPS): 9- or 10-hour shift with a 1-hour break.

Daily Description:

• Supervise and engage school-age children before and after school
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities and games
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment
• Help with homework and foster social-emotional development
• Communicate with parents and school staff as needed
• Be willing to do other assignments and tasks given by our Management Team

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age to drive our vehicles and have a clean driving record
