Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training
• Must understand and effectively use billing and accounting principles and processes
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos (in English) and write simple correspondence
• Able to present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and associates who only speak English

Responsibilities

• Maintain price file, shelf tag accuracy, and store signs
• Accurately check in DSD vendors and maintain all documents for accountability
• Provide excellent customer service by satisfying customer needs and expectations
• Complete training and work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales
