Job summary

The position involves hands-on cleaning, operating cleaning equipment, and maintaining sanitation records, with training provided and a fast-paced, high-energy work setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays and off shifts.
• Able to perform physical tasks and access heights with ladders or lifts.
• Comfortable in extreme temperatures and in noisy, hazardous environments.
• Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility cleanliness, safety, and sanitation across warehouse and breakroom areas.
• Operate or learn to operate facility cleaning equipment (floor scrubbers, sweepers, cardboard balers).
• Knowledge of safe handling practices using tools and sanitation chemicals.
• Maintain Master Sanitation Log/Schedule with strong attention to detail.
• Maintain some outside landscaping.

Minimum Qualifications

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You will be required to work on weekends, holidays as well as off shift
• You can climb, climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You are willing to work at heights using ladders or lifts to access areas of the plant
• You are willing and able to work in an environment that has extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces

Clean manufacturing equipment, sanitize production lines, and maintain facilities to ensure beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos are produced in the safe, quality conditions that communities count on.

What You’ll Do

• Maintains overall facility cleanliness, safety, and sanitation by executing daily, weekly, and periodic maintenance tasks across warehouse and breakroom areas
• Ability to operate or learn to operate facility cleaning equipment (floor scrubbers, sweepers, cardboard balers)
• Knowledge of safe handling practices using tools (e.g., box cutters) and sanitation chemicals
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete and document tasks on the Master Sanitation Log/Schedule
• Maintain some outside landscaping
