Sandy's Donuts & Coffee Shop, a beloved West Fargo bakery, is hiring a part-time Sanitation Specialist to keep dishes, pans, and utensils clean and ready for bakers. The role emphasizes a tidy kitchen, reliability, and a positive attitude during busy shifts.

Ideal candidates stand for long periods, handle warm, wet environments, and can lift up to 40 pounds. Training is provided, and weekend/holiday availability is a plus.

Formación

• Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly in a busy kitchen.
• Ideal schedule is 2pm to 8pm.
• Capacity to lift and carry trays, racks, and bus tubs up to 40 pounds.
• Reliability and punctuality, including availability for weekend or holiday shifts.
• Comfort working in a warm, wet environment around cleaning chemicals.
• Team-first mindset and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is helpful but not required; we are glad to train.

Responsabilidades

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pans, trays, and utensils by hand and with commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Keep the dish area organized, stocked, and free of clutter throughout each shift.
• Scrape, soak, and pre-treat baking pans and equipment with heavy residue.
• Empty trash and recycling and help maintain overall kitchen cleanliness.
• Sweep and mop floors in the dish and prep areas as needed.
• Restock clean dishes and tools so bakers can work without delays.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines consistently.
• Support the kitchen team with light prep or cleaning tasks during slower periods.
