Job summary

Palm Beach Tan - Oakbrook is hiring for a salon team member to engage customers face-to-face and promote tanning and wellness. This role offers base pay plus commission with a starting rate of $15.50 per hour, plus a path to earning commissions as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers face-to-face using influencer-style skills.
• Maintain a clean, organized salon.
• Complete daily paperwork.
• Other duties as assigned.
