Buckle in Washington, WA is seeking a part-time Sales Teammate to fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will perform sales, merchandising and store operations such as cashiering, displays, and routine cleaning.

The role offers pay between $19.13 and $21 per hour, with a base rate plus 3% commission on sales, and a comprehensive benefits package including health options, 401(k) match, HSA/FSA, and teammate discounts.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and merchandise.
• Recommend and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and exchange procedures.
• Open and close cash registers and handle POS basics.
