Buckle is seeking a Part-Time Sales Teammate to join our store team. You’ll perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks under Store Management, including cashiering, displays, and routine cleaning.

Pay range: $21.65-$23/hr. Base rate plus 3% commission. Benefits include Health, Medical, Dental & Vision, Virtual Care, 401(k) with company match, HSA/FSA, paid time off and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise; recommend items.
• Process transactions at registers and maintain accurate checkout procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and assist with merchandising and displays.
