Lead by example, coach team members, handle opening/closing tasks, and maintain product knowledge and visual merchandising to create a premium shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or sales environment.
• Shown leadership and delegation skills with accountability.
• Confident, proactive and willing to take on challenges.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong verbal communication and the ability to convey information clearly.
• Ability to read key reporting and learn the POS system.
• Physical ability to bend, lift and stand; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Sales Manager in achieving sales goals and drive performance.
• Perform Manager on Duty (MOD) shifts to monitor and motivate the team.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and coach staff.
• Train team to meet customer service standards and drive sales.
• Lead the team, adjust priorities, and coach on the floor.
• Maintain product knowledge and merchandising standards.
• Follow shared responsibilities and adapt to business needs as required.
• Open/close procedures, cash handling and store safety.
