Capri Holdings Limited's Michael Kors brand in Las Vegas is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead the team, drive store sales, and elevate the customer experience through supervision and coaching. You will partner with upper management on strategies, manage opening/closing duties, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

You will work with a dynamic team to meet personal and store sales goals while prioritizing the customer experience and brand

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant retail experience.

• Assist upper management to drive results through a strategic and multifaceted approach.
• Responsible for key opening and closing duties and operational tasks.
• Demonstrate flexibility and desire for individual growth in a fast-paced store environment.
