Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Sales Stylist at our boutique in Metairie, LA. The Sales Stylist will be responsible for assisting customers in creating personalized looks, maintaining the store's visual presentation standards, monitoring inventory, and educating clients on product features. The role will involve building strong customer relationships, handling transactions, and contributing to the achievement of sales goals through exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication Skills: Ability to deliver exceptional customer service, build strong client relationships, and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Sales and Styling Expertise: Experience in fashion styling, sales, and an eye for detail when curating personalized wardrobe solutions for clients.
• Product Knowledge and Merchandising: Familiarity with high-end fashion brands and adeptness in maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional and engaging demeanor.
• Flexibility and Availability: Open to working part-time hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Previous experience in retail, particularly in the high-end fashion or boutique setting, is highly desirable.
