Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Sales Teammate for an on-site, part-time role focused on delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will perform cashiering, merchandising, and general store operations to support the mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for our guests.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork, with duties spanning sales, display, and loss-prevention practices. Prior experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Anticipate and fulfill Guest’s needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education, and share that knowledge with the team.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales and total net sales goals set by Store Management.
• Provide legendary service across Front 5, sales floor, fitting rooms, and register area.
