Job summary

Miniso in Las Vegas is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences by engaging customers, understanding needs, and recommending products. You will promote the store's membership program and contribute to sales performance with energy and enthusiasm.

You will greet customers, guide them to merchandise, and handle transactions while maintaining clean, organized displays and supporting promotions. A flexible schedule including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Basic math abilities are a must.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet and assist customers and manage multiple customers at once.
• Anticipate and fulfill customer needs using product knowledge to guide recommendations.

• Maintain the store's visual merchandising standards with organized displays.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Assist with inventory tasks including restocking and organization.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to effectively recommend merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and professional store environment.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to support business objectives.
• Access and organize stock in high storage areas following safety protocols.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts.
