Acima is seeking a part-time Sales Manager to lead store operations and maximize revenue across our partner locations. The role emphasizes team leadership, coaching, and maintaining excellent customer service to support Acima’s lease-to-own solutions.
The Sales Manager-PT is paid hourly, with responsibilities including staff training, sales goal attainment, and promoting our leasing services. This position offers weekly pay and opportunities for growth within the Acima network.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven track record in retail sales management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
Responsibilities
- Manage and direct the work of all store coworkers daily.
- Motivate, coach, and counsel store staff to meet policies and goals.
- Train and identify coworkers for promotions to leadership roles.
- Establish partnerships to generate referrals and educate customers on rental/lease processes.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Oversee day-to-day sales and account operations.
