Job summary

Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager in Freeport, ME. You will be the first face of the brand for growing families, greeting customers, and helping them select our baby essentials and school-ready styles.

Lead and develop a team, uphold inclusive, safe store practices, and drive omni-channel service. Must be able to lift 40 pounds, work varied hours, and promote our discount and education programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong computer literacy including Outlook and Excel is expected.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert to assist families with our baby and children’s lines.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and explain product features and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor at all times.
• Lead and coach the store team to achieve business goals and drive results.
• Perform Leader on Duty duties by driving results and resolving customer concerns quickly.
