Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager in Plano to lead brand education and deliver exceptional service to growing families. You’ll welcome customers, demonstrate product features, and coach staff to uphold inclusive service standards on the sales floor.

You’ll guide a team through assigned business goals, handle Leader on Duty duties, and use customer feedback to improve results while promoting loyalty programs and store safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service and leadership experience a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert to assist families with our sizes and features.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide product guidance.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe and inclusive environment for staff and customers.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area with thorough follow through.
• Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities and address customer concerns promptly.
• Utilize feedback to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Build loyalty through company programs, including credit offers.
• Provide timely feedback to the store team and raise performance issues to the Store Manager.
• Recognize exceptional performance with positive reinforcement.
• Support asset protection with consistent customer service and safety controls.
