Job summary

Norman’s Hallmark is seeking a Part Time Sales Leader for our West Long Branch, NJ location. You will drive sales, deliver a caring customer experience, and lead staff on the sales floor.

Responsibilities include coaching peers, maintaining displays, and ensuring exceptional service during busy periods. Flexible schedule and weekend availability are required and benefits include a strong employee discount and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, equivalent or higher.
• Prior retail experience with supervisory exposure.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Stand/walk; lift up to 40 pounds; perform multi-location tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and managerial support in the absence of managers.
• Answer customer questions and drive sales with outstanding service.
• Develop staff on product knowledge and store procedures.
• Maintain displays and assist with reg aisles and POS operations.
