Qualifications

• Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling to support store operations.
• Standfor shifts and lift 25–75 lbs; assist with merchandising and setup.

Responsibilities

• Hit sales goals by delivering exceptional customer experiences and upselling accessories.
• Train and guide piercing services, educate on aftercare, and maintain a sterile environment.
• Maintain an Insta-worthy store with attractive displays and organized inventory.
• Support Store Manager with motivation, sales tips, and a positive store vibe.
• Represent the Claire's brand and stay current with fashion trends to boost sales.
• Oversee store operations including inventory, cash handling, visual merchandising, and promotions.
