Role Description

The Part-Time Sales Lead at Faherty Brand in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is an on-site role responsible for driving an exceptional in-store customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and assisting customers, understanding their needs, recommending products, and ensuring the sales floor is well-merchandised and inviting. The Sales Lead supports store leadership by helping to open and close the store, overseeing daily priorities, and guiding team members during shifts to maintain service standards. This role also involves processing transactions, handling exchanges and returns, maintaining product knowledge, and contributing to achieving sales goals. The position is part-time and requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
