Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead at Mall of America in Bloomington, MN to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support sales and operations teams. You will guide the in-store journey, share product knowledge, and help drive KPI achievement with a motivated team.

The role emphasizes engaging customers, leading by example, and contributing to a fast-paced, energetic environment that reflects our brand values. Availability for onsite shifts is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum retail experience.
• Familiarity with active lifestyle activities (yoga, cycling, running, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement and deliver best-in-class service.
• Provide training and feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to inspire the team to meet or exceed goals.
• Maintain store merchandising and communicate inventory/training needs.
• Unpack inventory as required (boxes 10–30 lbs).
