Job summary

This entry-level role supports customers in a fast-paced branch environment and offers up to 28 hours per week with a flexible schedule after onboarding and performance goals. The position includes assisting with sales, inventory management, order fulfillment, receiving/shipping, and occasional deliveries using a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Business/Marketing or related experience and local market knowledge.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Strong aptitude for sales and customer service.
• Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented.
• Adhere to company values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and up to 75 lbs when required.
