Job summary

Buckle in Cedar Rapids is seeking a Sales Teammate to deliver an enjoyable shopping experience to Guests. You will greet Guests, answer questions, recommend products, and maintain knowledge of sales promotions. You’ll also handle cash, assist with merchandising, and support leadership to meet store goals.

The role emphasizes teamwork, high energy, and a commitment to Buckle’s customer service standards. Prior experience is not required, and training is provided to ensure success.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Recommend and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions and policies regarding payments and exchanges.
• Open and close cash registers and balance cash drawers.
