Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage all customers and provide best in class service.
• Keep endcaps, side merchandise, and sale items stocked.
• Maintain clean sales floor, shelves, displays and kick plates.
• Assist with in-store price changes (regular, clearance, sale).
• Execute nightly recovery and fronting of shelves, sweeping and cleaning.
• Train on cash register functionality and assist at the register when needed.
• Assist in merchandise resets and visual display maintenance.
• Promote Fleet Rewards credit card and Loyalty Program to customers.
