Fleet Farm is hiring a Sales Team Member to provide a positive customer experience in the assigned area. You will greet customers, keep merchandise stocked, and maintain a clean selling floor while supporting price changes and store promotions.

The role requires a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with prior retail experience preferred. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with Best in Class service.
• Keep endcaps, side merchandise, and sale items stocked.
• Maintain clean sales floor and ready-for-customers standards.
• Assist with price changes and sales pricing.
• Execute nightly recovery of departments through fronting, facing, sweeping and cleaning.
• Train on cash register functionality and assist at register when needed.
• Assist merchandise resets, visual displays, housekeeping, and freight flow coordination.
• Articulate Fleet Rewards credit card and Loyalty Program benefits to customers.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty initiatives.
