Kid To Kid Sales Associates create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping and selling experience for all customers. Sales Associates support daily store operations, provide excellent customer service, restock inventory, and help maintain a clean, organized store.

This role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, accurate cash handling, and participation in opening and closing procedures within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-service experience preferred, not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers immediately and communicate sales, promotions, and new merchandise.
• Offer assistance proactively and answer customer questions.
• Engage in conversation and anticipate customer needs.
• Answer the phone using approved scripting.
• Communicate store sales, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Accurately process sales transactions using the POS system.
• Explain return policies and loyalty programs during checkout.
• Handle cash and other payment methods accurately.
• Balance cash drawers during opening/closing.
• Maintain a clean and organized store.
• Merchandise clothing racks, floor displays, and counters.
• Assist with restocking and inventory management.
• Participate in opening and closing procedures.
• Review communication logs and follow all company policies.
