Norman's Gift Shops, Inc. in Lititz, PA is seeking a Part Time Sales Associate to join our Hallmark Gold Crown team at Shoppes at Kissel Village.

You will provide care-focused service, maintain displays, and learn our POS system while helping customers celebrate and share special moments. Ideal candidates enjoy interacting with people, are flexible with schedules including holidays and weekends, and can lift up to 40 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets business needs including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong aptitude for basic math functions including percentages and general arithmetic.
• Ability to continuously stand/walk; frequently push/pull; occasionally bend/stoop/crawl/reach above shoulders/kneel; carry up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Infuse our Customer CARE program into the culture of the store to drive retail sales and connect with the customer.
• Meet store enrollment goals for Crown Rewards on a consistent basis.
• Learn and utilize the register system to ensure a pleasant point of sale experience and accuracy.
• Learn and apply outstanding selling skills to build sales and customer satisfaction.
• Proactively learn retail product knowledge for all merchandise to use when selling.
• Maintain and restock displays as directed by store management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
