Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lead and coach others on the sales floor.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide guidance on product styles and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area with planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities and respond to customer concerns promptly.
• Assist with asset protection through consistent service, safety and controls.
