Pandora is the world’s largest jewellery brand, offering accessible luxury and meaningful shopping experiences. The Part-Time Core Sales Associate will deliver a world-class experience, exceed sales goals, and engage fans with product knowledge and brand stories.

You will help build brand loyalty, maintain on-brand operations, and work with a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Duties may include lifting 50+ pounds and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• You have at least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Care in your communication, written and verbal.
• You can charm and captivate an audience at all levels of the organization.
• You are 18 years or older with identity and work eligibility.
• Flexible schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays; may lift 50+ pounds.
• Consistent schedule with availability of at least 20 hours per week.
• Hours up to 12 in base weeks, 21 in peak weeks, not exceeding 30 hours; weekends included.

• Deliver on KPIs, cross-train across store functions, and mentor new team members.
