Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop is seeking Bear Builder associates to engage with guests and help them create personalized furry friends in a fun, team-oriented environment. You will contribute to a memorable experience by maintaining brand standards and a positive atmosphere.

Ideal applicants have a high school diploma or GED, with preferred associate's degree in business or related field, and a genuine passion for guest service and teamwork. This role is based in-store at our Orlando location.
