Build-A-Bear Workshop is seeking a Bear Builder associate to join our retail team. You will help guests create their personalized furry friends and deliver an engaging, memorable experience in busy store environments.

You'll demonstrate a friendly, "How Can I Help" attitude, work as part of a team, and uphold brand standards while lifting and moving supplies as needed. Join us to help guests leave with a smile and a lasting memory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Associate's (or higher) degree in business, management, or a related field.
• Lift > 25 pounds
