Job summary

Andy’s Ace Hardware in Menominee, MI is seeking a Night & Weekend Sales Associate for a part-time role. The position covers evenings and weekends, 10–20 hours per week, with a schedule posted 2 weeks in advance.

You will greet customers, help with their shopping, locate products, operate the register, stock shelves, and assist in receiving merchandise. No experience required; must be 16+ and able to stand 6–8 hours per shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Evenings and weekends availability.
• Hardware experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand/walk for 6–8 hours per shift.
• Lift and carry up to 40 lbs if needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a positive attitude and assist with shopping needs.
• Learn product locations and guide customers to the right solutions.
• Operate the register and handle transactions accurately.
• Restock shelves, face products, and maintain a clean store.
• Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
