Job summary

GNC is hiring a Sales Associate for a part-time hourly role. You will greet customers, assess needs, recommend products, and help drive sales while restocking and maintaining visuals. You’ll also process online orders, assist with inventory, and support store operations.

The position supports a dynamic, inclusive team focused on the Live Well philosophy. Must be 18+, able to work varied hours including weekends and holidays, and comfortable standing for long periods in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-service mindset and ability to engage with shoppers.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for up to eight hours and perform light physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet and welcome every customer visiting the store.
• Assist customers with product recommendations based on needs.
• Drive for results to meet store and personal sales targets.
• Fulfill online orders accurately and timely in line with guidelines.
• Maintain product knowledge and awareness of wellness trends.
• Support opening/closing, cash handling, inventory counts, and store upkeep.
