Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop in Orlando is seeking enthusiastic Bear Builder associates to welcome guests and craft memorable experiences. You will assist guests in creating personalized furry friends, maintaining brand standards, and contributing to a warm, inclusive store atmosphere.

Ideal candidates are team players who enjoy interacting with people, stay flexible, and demonstrate integrity. At least a high school diploma is required; an Associate’s degree is preferred.

Required Qualifications:
