Job summary

Minis is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences, greet customers, identify needs, offer personalized recommendations, and promote the store's membership program, driving sales and loyalty.

You will maintain product knowledge, assist with promotions, handle transactions, restock, and ensure a clean, welcoming store environment, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Basic math abilities are a must.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet and assist customers.
• Anticipate and fulfill customer needs with product knowledge.
• Utilize suggestive selling while knowing product availability.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and displays.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Execute inventory tasks including restocking and organization.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to recommend merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and professional store environment.
• Participate in promotions and store events to drive sales.
• Access and organize stock in high storage areas safely.
• Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts and travel.
