Responsabilités

• Produce and give extraordinary customer service as outlined in the customer service manual.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by the organization.
• Consistently set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track overall sales.
• Uphold all company policies, procedures, and standards from the manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations, including completing work lists, clean-up lists, shipments, and maintenance.
• Utilize presenting merchandise to promote and sell goods as per the product knowledge manual.
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Identify and communicate merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operations problems to store management.
• Attend all staff meetings and tech clinics for the store.
• Protect company assets and financial information by ensuring internal control procedures and reporting potential fraud risk.
