Job summary

Palmetto Moon Branson is seeking a high-energy Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. As a Moon Crew member, you will share passion for our brands and work as a team to reach store goals.

You will learn product knowledge, assist customers, keep the selling floor organized, handle POS transactions, and ensure a positive shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
• Enjoys meeting and interacting with customers.
• Dependable and flexible with scheduled shifts.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Detail oriented.
• Physical requirements - ability to bend, twist, stoop and stand on your feet for long periods of time and lift materials up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations

• Works as part of a team to meet individual and store objectives
• Replenish sales floor as needed, maximizing customer shopability
• Maintains visibility on the selling floor, enhancing the service experience
• Knows and properly executes Point of Saleprocedures to ensure a quick transaction
• Effectively handles multiple customers

• Through floor presence, minimizes shortage
