Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking team members for our United States LEGO Brand Retail stores. You will greet guests, process transactions, and help maintain an engaging, well-presented store environment.

You will also assist with stockroom duties, merchandising, and supporting promotional activities, all while upholding safety and quality standards of our brand.

Job Description Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to manager
• Customer engagement
• Use of promotional materials, loyalty programs
• Typically, responsible for store operational tasks in duty

Compensation

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $18.40 - $19.90 , based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.

The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
