Job summary

Rhone is seeking a Sales Associate for our Bellevue, WA location. You will energize the front lines, ensuring every customer has a positive, comfortable shopping experience while embodying our values: Gritty, Responsible, Excellent, Authentic, and Team Centered.

You’ll build relationships, share product knowledge, and guide customers with tailored recommendations on a fast-paced omni-channel selling floor. A passion for fitness and healthy living is essential.

About The Role

The Sales Associate will work on the frontlines ensuring that every customer has a positive and comfortable experience. The Sales Associate will be an ambassador of Rhone and a representation of its principles (Gritty, Responsible, Excellent, Authentic, and Team Centered). They should have a passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle.

Job Requirements

• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays


• Available to work a minimum of 2 4-hour shifts weekly


• Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality


• Ability to lift 25 pounds


• Comfortable climbing ladders, moving around regularly, and standing for extended periods


• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States


• Must be 18 years of age or older
