Build-A-Bear Workshop is seeking Bear Builder associates who are fun-loving, team-oriented and guest-focused to create memorable experiences for guests in our store environment.

As a Bear Builder, you will assist guests in personalizing their furry friends, engage with guests with enthusiasm, maintain brand standards, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. This role supports retail operations and requires a flexible, dependable approach.

Qualifications
