Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock; ensure proper product placement.
• Provide impeccable customer service and assist shoppers.
• Upsell multiple pairs and accessories when appropriate.
• Represent and exemplify the Clarks Brand.
• Follow policies related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Assist in store maintenance and merchandising for a visually compelling environment.
• Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
• Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Physical requirements: Standing for extended periods; frequent bending; climbing; lifting up to 50 lbs.
