Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences in our Valdosta store. You will greet customers, identify needs, recommend merchandise, and support promotions to drive sales.

The role requires strong communication, basic math, and a positive, energetic attitude. Prior retail sales experience is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Execute inventory management tasks including restocking and organization.
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to effectively sell merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and professional store environment.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to support business objectives.
• Access and organize stock in high storage areas following safety protocols.
• Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts and travel as necessary.

Essential Job Functions

• Promptly greet and assist customers: Acknowledge their presence immediately, offer assistance, and efficiently manage multiple customers at once
