Job summary

Pro Racket Sports Team in Bellevue, WA is seeking a dynamic Part-Time Sales Associate to join our family. You will report to the Store Manager and help deliver excellent customer service with enthusiasm and professional knowledge on racket sports, including stringing services.

Responsibilities include providing professional stringing service under time pressure, sharing product knowledge, meeting sales goals, maintaining store standards, and assisting management with issues and projects.

Pro Racket Sports Team is looking for dynamic Sales Associates to join our family!
As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you will be reporting to and assisting the Store Manager and most importantly, providing excellent customers service with your enthusiasm and professional knowledge on racket sports. You will be also responsible for providing professional and efficient racket stringing service.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and efficient racket stringing service under time pressure
• Provide professional knowledge on racket sports, brands, products to customer with excellent customer service
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.)
• Assist management team to identify and resolve issues in the store
• Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product/trends
• Follow all company policy and procedures & notify management team of any infractions
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management

Other Optional But Preferred Qualities

• 0-3 years sports sales related position experience
• Bilingual or multilingual skills such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, any language from India, Japanese, Vietnamese...etc
• Racket sports experience such as badminton or tennis player preferred
• Racket stringing experience preferred
• Proficient on basic computer and office skills
