Job summary

Miniso Temecula is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences by greeting customers, identifying their needs, and guiding them to products and store promotions. You will promote the membership program, handle transactions at the point of sale, and maintain appealing displays to support daily sales performance.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and retail experience is preferred.

Essential Job Functions

• Promptly greet and assist customers: Acknowledge their presence immediately, offer assistance, and efficiently manage multiple customers at once
• Anticipate and fulfill customer needs: Utilize product knowledge to assess customer preferences, answer questions, guide them to relevant merchandise, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques while staying knowledgeable about product availability
• Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards by keeping product displays organized and attractive.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Execute inventory management tasks including restocking and product organization.
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to effectively recommend and sell merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and professional store environment.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to support overall business objectives.
